The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, took less than 30 minutes to make some adjustments, tested the door multiple times after, and had me point out any concerns I had. Technician was very persistent in finding the problem. Had the manufacturer on the phone for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Had to order parts from Liftmaster. They were warranty items so no charge for the parts.  I did have to pay for technician and will have to pay for the installation when the parts are in. Hope this fixes the issue for good.
